The Uttar Pradesh government has officially approved the recruitment and appointment proposal for 13,116 Gram Panchayat Sachiv (Gram Panchayat Officer) vacancies. Aimed at enforcing the “One Panchayat, One Secretary” model across 58,000+ villages, this mega recruitment will roll out in a phased manner over three years, starting with 4,372 posts in the first phase through UPSSSC.
